Established for over 30 years we are the largest specialist producer of frozen burgers and sausages in the West Country and one of the largest privately owned producers in the United Kingdom. We service a number of the leading foodservice wholesalers both in the United Kingdom and in Europe with our own label products and individually branded products.

The success of our business over the years is largely as a result of two factors, the consistency of our products and the high level of service we offer our customers. We have many customers with whom we have enjoyed many years of business together.

In a highly competitive marketplace our customers demand products that are consistent 365 days a year and that is what we deliver. From the price fighting catering products through to our high value gourmet range we aim to provide products which are completely consistent from samples to multi pallet orders throughout the calendar year.

We are a company driven by the needs of our customers and our whole philosophy revolves around the need to provide the very highest level of service to all our customers. We recognise that in a fast moving commercial environment it is not always possible for our customers to place orders several days ahead and our internal systems and stockholding procedures are geared up to having the quickest possible reaction times to those last minute orders.

Our Production Facility

Our state of the art Production Facility in Bridgwater encompasses two separate dedicated Factories with a combined production capacity in excess of 750 tonnes per week. Incorporating the latest equipment from the world's leading manufacturers of food processing equipment, both factories are run using the HACCP (hazard and critical control point) system to the highest technical standards to ensure food safety.

In our new Burger Factory, burgers are formed on the latest Formax F400 burger formers and frozen in line using our brand new Frigoscandia M7 spiral freezer.  This factory has the capability to produce over three tonnes of burgers every hour.

Our sausage factory incorporates similar high performance equipment with sausages being filled using our Handtmann high speed sausage fillers before being frozen in-line in a Frigoscandia spiral freezer and packed in our automated packing lines.

Product storage is taken care of by our modern and fully racked 500 pallet finished goods coldstore which compliments our 250 pallet raw material coldstore

From our convenient location adjacent to the M5 motorway we have developed a highly flexible system of national and international distribution utilising both our own fleet of vehicles and also those of locally based Langdons, the UK's leading refrigerated transport specialist.
